Full Service Event Planning

• This package is for the couple that wishes to have assistance with planning their wedding. We want to hear your vision for your big day and then guide you through the booking process.

• We will contact vendors to request proposals and navigate through availability and vendor options. We will accompany you (or go alone if your schedule does not permit) to tastings, design meetings, and appointments as requested (schedule permitting). We will ensure all vendors are booked and proper communication happens in a timely manner leading up to the big day!

• Budget Consultation

• Negotiating & Securing Hotel Room Blocks for your guests.

• Ensure the design elements, wedding timeline, and selections made are cohesive.

• Infusing local customs and southern flair into your wedding experience.

• WTM will be there to make sure all logistical details are covered, thought of and planned for(backup plan for inclement weather, creating a proper event timeline, thinking through logistical event details and providing expertise and guidance to the client, etc.).

• Planning meetings, appointments with vendors as requested, and a venue walkthrough are all included with this package.

• This package also includes everything listed in Le Petit package, focusing on event management services.

Le Milieu

Limited Assistance Event Planning

• This package offers limited assistance with preliminary planning needs. We focus on logistical details, make vendor referrals, and ensure that everything is seamlessly coming together and well thought of. Maybe you need help with organizing a 2nd line or making vendor selections when it comes to photography, florists, or entertainment? Regardless of where you are in the process, we can help you with preliminary planning in addition to our event management services as listed below.

• Negotiating & Securing Hotel Room Blocks for your guests.

• We provide vendor recommendations for you to obtain availability and proposals that are best suited to your style and budget. We take pride in recommending professionals that are trustworthy, kind, and easy to work with while delivering a great product or service. We can also assist you in narrowing down options or in making final decisions.

• We will accompany you to one venue walk-through and assist with questions, logistical planning, and ideas as needed.

• Phone calls and e-mails are included, along with (2) in-person meetings and a walkthrough of your venue (pending availability).

• This package also includes everything in the Le Petit package, focusing on event management services.

Le Petit

Event Management Services

• Event Management allows you to be a guest at your very own wedding!

• Negotiating & Securing Hotel Room Blocks for your guests if needed.

• One meeting (in person, skype or telephone) with client to develop proper timeline (normally about one-two months prior to the event date) pending availability.

• Timeline of entire day developed after meeting and e-mailed to client. Client may use this timeline to send to family and bridal party as they please to help keep everyone well organized. Planner will use the timeline and share with all vendors.

• Connect the week of the event with all wedding vendors. Confirm arrival/delivery/set up time, what they are responsible for (special songs band needs to know, what flowers are coming, time of photographer arriving/location of photos, etc..).

• Rehearsal Practice – rehearse ceremony with couple prior to the wedding (one hour).

• 8 hours of Coordination on the day of the event. Additional hours may be added when needed.

Assistant working with Lead Wedding Planner as needed – timing and need determined by the planner once timeline is created.

• Ensure the day of the wedding flows as smoothly as possible. Call vendors if they have not arrived on time, ensure all items are set up according to client’s specifications and floor plan followed.

• Responsible for setting up small, personal items brought in by client (example:photos, guest book, seating chart, favors). Should lots of set-up be needed, additional staffing will be required. Please consult the planner for more details.

• Coordinate the flow of the reception – cue band for dances, orchestrate toasts/cake cutting, bouquet/garter toss. Deliver remaining payments or tips to vendors.

• Ensure gifts and keepsake items are packed and sent to the proper destination.

Destination Weddings

Southern Hospitality is the perfect package for a client planning a destination wedding from a distance.

We want to create a unique, custom experience, showing your guests some of our favorite parts of NOLA and Southern Louisiana. There is so much to experience and take in.

We plan with an entire wedding weekend in mind that includes two curated bookend events that will be the perfect complements to your wedding day.
