Congrats, you picked the big date! The ceremony location and reception have been booked (and maybe a bit more), but now you find yourself stuck or needing a bit more help on the rest of the logistical details. Regardless of where you are in the process, we can help you with preliminary planning in addition to our month of coordination services as listed below.
This package is for the couple that has enjoyed planning their entire event and now wants to sit back and be a guest at their own wedding. Let us swoop in the month before you say “I Do” and take the stress of the event off your plate. We will arrange for a meeting or phone call one month prior to get up-to-speed on all the logistics of your wedding. From there, a timeline will be created which details the day of from start to finish. We will confirm with all vendors and ensure all I’s are dotted and T’s crossed. Allow us to run the Rehearsal Practice for you and then handle the coordination the next day. From setting up your DIY items, to sending you down the aisle and ensuring gifts and cake are packed and sent to you….we will take care of every detail so you can enjoy your labor of love!
