When Dan and I got engaged, I was thrilled and I knew that I wanted to have a destination New Orleans wedding and a non-lengthy engagement.  However, I had no idea how to pull it off knowing that I wouldn’t be able to visit the city prior to the wedding.  (We live in Florida, and fell in love with New Orleans a few years ago while Dan was living and working there.)  As I started planning, I had no other choice than to resort to Google research and The Knot recommended vendor lists.  After much frustration, it was clear I needed help…professional help!  I knew a friend who had connections in the wedding industry in New Orleans, and she recommended Taylor…and what a blessing that was!!! 

The first time that I spoke with Taylor, she put forth the air of a sweet, poised, and professional young lady that knew her industry and could handle it all!  I knew that she was organized, confident, and capable – someone that I could trust the Big Day with.  As soon as Taylor and I ended our first phone conversation, I felt like a huge weight had been lifted off my shoulders!  We were able to come up with a service package that fit my budget needs and still get all the help I needed.  Even though Taylor and I weren’t able to meet in person until the evening of the rehearsal, she was always available via email and phone throughout the entire wedding planning process.  She truly answered all questions I had – from choosing vendors, timing of the wedding and reception, to how much flowers I really needed, etc.  The list goes on and on!  She was able to point me in the right direction and let me facilitate the rest at my pace. 

When the wedding weekend came she handled EVERYTHING exactly as we had discussed previously, and I had to worry about nothing!  She coordinated everything PERFECTLY at the wedding rehearsal and coordinated everything PERFECTLY on the wedding day.  We wouldn’t have been able to have our destination wedding without her.  I know that our wedding and vision for the day couldn’t have been carried out better by anyone else.  What can I say?  She is a true GEM!

Our wedding was planned in 6 short weeks, so everything from the initial prep work to finishing details and day-of execution were crucial. Taylor was fabulous to work with leading up to the wedding and especially on the day-of, with her high level organizational skills and friendly demeanor. My husband and I got married almost 2 years ago. Looking back, I'm really not sure how we could have done it without the help of Taylor. My family and my maid of honor lived outside of the country, so the wedding planning fell to me (and I was overseas for part of our engagement as well).
